Technological innovation is driving the reshaping of the economy and the transformation of law. The conference is a debate platform that examines the legal implications of the use of artificial intelligence and recent developments in the financial services industry under the impact of new digital technologies. The conference opens its doors to people from different countries, from the legal university environment and from among legal practitioners, encouraging the support of both scientific papers of international interest having as their object the law of financial technologies, cyberspace and artificial intelligence, as well as scientific papers highlighting the particularities domestic law in these areas.
At the Conference may participate, both the people who want to submit a scientific paper, as well as the people who just want to hear the debate, without the submission of scientific papers.
The Conference organizers invite all those interested in participating in one of the three sections to complete the Registration form until March 19, 2026.
The authors have the opportunity to submit a second scientific paper at the Conference paying an additional fee. For details click here.
The submitted papers must fit into the theme of the Conference and comply with the provisions of the Authors' Guide.
The papers are checked with an anti-plagiarism software.
The papers accepted at the conference will be published in one of the partner publications. For details on the Conference publications click here. The selection of the papers is made by the Scientific Council of the conference together with the editors of the publications.
