The Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences annually organizes four international conferences with proceedings periodically submitted for evaluation by Web of Science CPCI:
The Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences organizes every year, in March, starting from 2021, the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON FINTECH, CYBERSPACE AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LAW. The conference is a debate platform that examines the legal implications of the use of artificial intelligence and recent developments in the financial services industry under the impact of new digital technologies. The conference opens its doors to people from different countries, from the legal university environment and from among legal practitioners, encouraging the support of both scientific papers of international interest having as their object the law of financial technologies, cyberspace and artificial intelligence, as well as scientific papers highlighting the particularities domestic law in these areas. The Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences organizes every year in May, from 2018, the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE „CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES IN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW FROM AN INTERDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE”. The conference will have two sections: I. Recent Developments and Perspectives of Evolution of Administrative Law at National and International Levels; II. Challenges of Interdisciplinary Approach in Administrative Sciences in the 21st Century. The conference is a platform for debate that examines recent developments and prospects for development of administrative law and public administration at national, European and international level. The Conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the academic education space and from the practitioners, encouraging presentation both of the scientific papers of international interest covering the comparative public administration, the European Administrative Space, the administrative law developed by public international organizations, the need for interdisciplinary approach to public administration and globalization of the administrative phenomenon, as also the scientific papers to highlight the particularities of the national public administration. The Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences organizes the CONFERENCE ON COMPARATIVE AND INTERNATIONAL LAW every year, in June, starting from 2021. The conference has three sections: I. Comparative public law; II. Comparative private law; III. International law. This is an international conference that examines recent developments and prospects for the evolution of comparative law and international law. The conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the legal education space and from the practitioners of law, encouraging the presentation of scientific papers on the aspects of tradition and modernity in public and private comparative law, as well as public and private international law, European Union, international trade law and international arbitration. The conference also promotes research into issues related to the international legal cooperation, the development of elements of convergence between legal systems and the globalization of law, as well as the legal issues that transcend national borders and combine the theoretical with the empirical in case studies.
